Photographer Stephen Malagodi is a familiar sight on the streets of Lowell as he scans the neighborhoods for images to capture on film. Working with his Leica to record both the absurd and the mundane of our beloved city of Lowell, he freezes moments in time among the millions of options in “a city”.
